Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help:

•Improve balance & physical function
•Enhance social & mental well-being
•Improve confidence in conducting daily activities
•Reduce fall-related risks and injuries
•Maintain independence
•Improve quality of life

Adults: Join us for an introduction. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes.

Our guest presenter is Pam Nichols, a certified Tai Chi instructor through the Tao Academy of Kansas City.
