Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help:
• improve balance & physical function
• enhance social and mental well-being
• improve confidence in conducting daily activities
• reduce fall-related risks and injuries
• maintain independence
• improve quality of life.

Join us for an introduction. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. Our guest presenter is Pam Nichols, a certified Tai Chi
instructor through the Tao Academy of Kansas City.
