Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help: improve balance and physical function, enhance social and mental well-being, improve confidence in conducting daily activities, reduce fall related risks and injuries, maintain independence and improve quality of life.
Adults: Join us for an introduction. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes.
Our guest speaker is Pam Nichols, a certified Tai Chi instructor through the Tao Academy of Kansas City.
