Stretching for Pain Prevention and Posture

We will be safe and socially distanced. This is a free participatory class where we will actually learn to do the stretches and then continue to do them at home. This class is appropriate for all ladies age 18 and above and for all fitness levels. Wear your mask and bring a towel or yoga mat. If you are unable to get down on the floor, Melissa has modified the stretches to be done sitting or standing. Please RSVP so that handouts will be prepared for you. Bottled water will be provided.
