This course will enable participants to identify their individual strength themes by taking Clifton’s StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment. Participants will then discover and explore the meaning of their top five themes and how to leverage them to enhance overall development as a person and a leader.

The course instructor is Gail Games, a StrengthsFinder coach with more than seven years of leadership development and talent management experience. Before joining Pickaway-Ross, she was the chief learning officer for Adena Health System, responsible for coaching and mentoring administrators and physicians.

The cost is $99 per person and includes the StrengthsFinder 2.0 book and assessment.
