The Chillicothe Academy of Mixed Martial Arts and Southern Ohio Krav Maga are again teaming up to bring you a 2hr action packed WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE 2 seminar!
This course is a follow-up to Women’s Self Defense 1.
Topics include: quick review of situational awareness & basic Krav Maga combatives then progresses to self-defense techniques & ground fighting defenses.
If you are interested in learning how to protect yourself, then this seminar is for you! No previous experience or training is necessary to participate. This women-only seminar will allow participants to train in a supportive environment with greater focus on threats and situations that are specific to females. So, come have fun getting a great cardio workout while learning skills that can save your life.

WHAT IS KRAV MAGA?
KRAV MAGA is the hand-to-hand combat self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and many other Counter-terrorism and Special Forces Units worldwide. KRAV MAGA is direct, effective, and natural to learn. No prior experience or training is necessary for this beginner event.

INSTRUCTOR
SCOTT KING is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in KRAV MAGA. He has been trained and certified as an Instructor thru the “Krav Maga ICCS-Israeli Contact Combat System” which is the worldwide leader in reality-based training and based in Jerusalem, Israel. Scott also owns and leads ICCS – Southern Ohio Krav Maga.
Furthermore, Scott is also a decorated veteran law enforcement officer as well as a former international private military operator with over 5yrs security experience working in the hostile environments of Kosovo, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

JEREMY KITTS is a Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter who owns Chillicothe Academy of Mixed Martial Arts and trains a team of talented upcoming MMA fighters & BJJ Competitors.
