Join us at the Knoles Log House for our children’s holiday program, “Keeping Warm in Early Ross County.”

Learn how our ancestors kept warm when it got cold outside. We’ll explore the museum’s collection to see examples of warm clothes for travel and warm bedding, then through work and play, we’ll warm ourselves up and work up an appetite for something warm to eat and drink heated in the Log House fireplace. Finally, we’ll make some items to remind us of our time at the Log House keeping warm the old-fashioned way.
