Eating Well to Live Well

For centuries, yogis have known that to live well, we need to eat well. Digestive health is an imperative to process our emotional, psychological and spiritual experiences. What does eating well look like? Eating well means that we eat whole food according to our individual body constitution (dosha) and consistent with the current season.

Join Mary E Coleman, ERYT500 and Certified Holistic Health Coach to learn how to eat well especially in the heat of summer. Participants will:

Determine your unique body constitution
Learn how a healthy digestive system allows integration, not only the nutrients from food but of all of our experiences, memories and desires
Learn to choose foods for the Summer that support your individual constitution
Taste delicious, easy-to-prepare foods and drink
AND, support active duty military and veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress, combat trauma and moral injury! Cost is $35 per person, pre-registration required.

All proceeds from this workshop will be donated to Trauma and Resiliency Resources, Inc. TRR, Inc. offers Warrior Camp®, a 7-day residential treatment program that is FREE to active-duty military and veterans of all eras (regardless of discharge status). The mission of Warrior Camp® is to create an environment in which the trauma of war can be addressed. TRR, Inc’s Warrior Camp® is the only program that correctly targets moral injury as the key to ending military veteran suicides.
