Join the Howard S. Young Library for their 2nd Annual Dog Days of Summer, a canine event at the Frankfort Library. They will be hosting the Ross County K-9 unit, Tye the Listening Dog, the Animal Care Clinic, Petland, and Cause for Paws Ohio.
