Spiral Path Therapies is joining forces with Geode Yoga & Fitness!

Athens-area craniosacral therapist, Hannah Simonetti Stewart, RCST of Spiral Path Therapies, will be setting her table up at Geode for a special day of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy sessions in the sacred geometry of the geodesic dome!

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a form of energy work that is a perfect complement to your yoga practice. This modality deeply relaxes your nervous system, allowing your body to access its inherent self-healing power. Craniosacral therapy can help:
• Improve alignment
• Relieve chronic pain or injuries
• Enhance your meditation practice
• Increase your sense of Embodiment

There are 6 x 60-minute sessions available:
10:30am
11:45am
1:00pm
2:15pm
3:30pm
4:45pm

Each session includes 10 minutes of updating me on what has been happening in your physical and emotional experience, a 40-45 minute Craniosacral Therapy session, and and a few minutes to debrief at the end.

Each session will be offered at a low introductory rate of $65. Hannah can accept cash, check, or card.
