Calling all bicyclists and yogis! Come join us and support Ross Parks and Trails!

Join us on Sunday, September 15th for an afternoon of biking and bending (easy yoga poses) on the Paint Creek Recreational Trail. The event will begin at the Brad Lightle Park shelter house in Frankfort, OH, located next to the trail, and will be held from 4-6 p.m. Soak up the beauty of the trail and Paint Creek as you cruise (or sprint, if that’s your thing!) along the trail. Bikers will take off from the shelter house at 4 p.m and then meet back at the shelter house at 5 p.m. to start bending. You’ll have the opportunity to talk to park staff and trail supporters to learn more about My Ross County Parks and Trails initiatives. Bike helmets are strongly encouraged. Water, a yoga mat, sunscreen, a towel and insect repellent are all great items to consider bringing to ensure you have a pleasant ride. If you get to the shelter house after 5 p.m., please approach the shelter house quietly, turn off your phone, and slip on in! Ticket cost includes biking and yoga instructions, snacks and drinks. This event is open to ALL LEVELS of bikers and benders over the age of 12.
