One reason why Big Foot is so hard to find is because he leaves no trace!

Join My Ross Parks and Trails for Bigfoot’s Buddies on Saturday, September 14 from 3– 5 p.m. This special event, held at Buzzards Roost, will focus on teachings out of Bigfoot’s Playbook, a Leave No Trace center youth education publication.

Bigfoot’s Playbook provides experiential education activities specific to the Seven Principles that help kids understand what it means to Leave No Trace in their lives and their community. For only $5 Your child will learn the basic need to knows for a successfully camping experience, including, Camping Oh-nos, Hiking on Trails, The Trash Timeline and How to protect Wildlife.

All children are welcome, but please note this curriculum is built forchildren ages 5-10 years old. Parents, please plan to stay and attend with your child.

Kids are encouraged and welcome to stay for the Kid’s Nature Zone Campout to follow.
