A Look at Black History in Ross County

A lecture by Beverly Gray, local Historian! Chillicothe has a rich history of African American influence in the community. From the settling of the Northwest Territory to the Underground Railroad, Ohio is well known for its involvement in the fight for freedom for African Americans. Join Beverly Gray, local historian, as she speaks on the history of the Black Community in Chillicothe and the crucial role they have played in our local history.

At Adena Mansion and Gardens Visitor Center on February 15th  at 2:00pm.
