The Ross County 4-H Horse Committee is having their 8th annual tack swap and auction on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at the Ross County Fairgrounds. The swap meet starts at noon and the auction starts at 3pm. Tables are available on a pre-paid basis at $10 each.
