22nd Annual Scioto River Waterway Cleanup

Plant Pride…Not Litter!
Join the Chillicothe Green Team and clean the banks of the Scioto River, an “Adopt-A-Waterway” location!
Saturday, April 27th, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
Meet at the last parking lot to the right in the Chillicothe Annex. Teams will also go
off site to clean the river banks at Strawser Park. Participants should wear old clothes, rubber boots, and bring gloves! The river cleanup will take place Rain or Shine, unless severe weather develops. If the weather is questionable, please listen to WKKJ radio station for cancellation of the event.
There is NO RAIN DATE scheduled.
Refreshments for volunteers! Groups participating for community service credit can request a certificate and a letter of recognition for their group.
