During our weekend together\, we’ll hike woodland trails in search of these wildflowers\, practice yoga\, meditate\, journal\, and enjoy creative workshops featuring art and Ayurveda. Your edited images will be emailed to you after the retreat — a meaningful keepsake from a special weekend. \nThe charming 1912 lodge sits among towering beech trees beside Rocky Fork Creek\, offering the perfect space to unplug\, breathe deeply\, and reconnect. Volunteers are required to attend one training session to receive information on proper identification and safety techniques for the removal of garlic mustard from park grounds. \nSaturday\, March 14\n9 am\, 11 am\, or 1 pm\nCall 740-774-1126 to sign up for one of these 30-minute training sessions to become a Certified Volunteer! \nTraining Tuesdays in April at 9 am\nSimply show up for these training sessions to become a Certified Volunteer! \nOnce trained\, Certified Volunteers can stop by any day in April\, from 9 am to 3 pm\, to help with garlic mustard removal.  \nBags\, gloves\, insect repellant\, and sunscreen will be provided.
